Norman Rockwell was born Norman Percevel Rockwell on February 3, 1894. Norman was a 20th Century painter. His best-known works are Rosie the Riveter and the Four Freedom series. His most distinguished work was that of the covers of four decades worth of The Saturday evening Post He died of emphysema on November 8, 1978.
